Major mistakes in the course site

The course says [here]:
If a word has odd number of syllables then accent always falls on the middle syllable.
There is no such rule in Polish. Besides what about the words like im.pro.wi.zo.wać, od.po.wie.dzial.ność, e.du.ka.cyj.ny. They all have five syllables (five being an odd number) but surely they are NOT stressed on "the middle syllable".

The course says [here]:
All Polish verbs end with '-ć'.
Not all. There are e.g. tłuc, piec, biec, strzyc, móc.

The course says [here]:
O have two meanings, but it's always used with the Locative case.
Or accusative, e.g. prosić o (kogo? co?) spokój, bić się o (kogo? co?) dziewczynę, opierać się o (kogo? co?) ścianę.
